I’m Manuel Méndez, based in San Diego, California. This website describes my work with service businesses across the U.S. and gives you a way to call or email me.

The offer described here is that you pay nothing upfront and start paying when you start seeing results.

This website does not set a price, a deadline, or what counts as a result. Those points need to be clear before any work begins. The website does not promise a number of calls, customers, or sales, or a result by a certain date.

3. What working as partners means

I use “partner” to describe working together for the long run. This website does not create a legal partnership, give anyone a share of a business, or require an exclusive relationship.

4. Contact links and other services

The call button opens your device’s phone feature. The email button opens your email app. You decide whether to place the call or send the message.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google are named to explain the ad channels described here. This website does not claim their endorsement. It does not send email or text campaigns from the website.

5. Images and questions about the website

The concrete work image was generated to illustrate a trade. It is not a picture of Manuel, a testimonial, or a customer’s project.
